Short Bio
Jesús Manuel Sánchez Gómez received the Degree in Computer Engineering (2016), the Master's Degree in Computer Engineering (2018), and a PhD in Aerospace Technology - Electromagnetic, Electronic, Computer and Mechanical Engineering (2023) from the University of Extremadura.
His PhD Thesis, entitled “Multi-Objective Optimization and Parallelism applied to Extractive Multi-Document Automatic Text Summarization”, obtained the qualification of Outstanding Cum laude, as well as the international mention and the extraordinary doctoral prize.
He is certificated by ANECA as Assistant Professor Doctor, Hired Professor Doctor, and Professor of Private University (2023).
His research interests are multi-objective optimization, evolutionary computation, parallel and distributed computing, natural language processing and automatic summaries.
Currently, he is Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and teaches Data Architecture (4th course of the Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering), Database (2nd course of the Bachelor in Data Science and Engineering), and Data Structure and Algorithms (1st year of the Bachelor in Robotics Engineering).
